These are all exotic wood cutting and/or charcuterie (display) boards handmade each with either a unique stripes or “chaotic” pattern. They are approximately ¾ to 7/8 inches thick. Each board is hand sanded through 6 stages of sandpaper grit ending in 3000, and then triple-coated over 72 hours with a food-safe mineral oil to achieve a permanent and polished, yet functional appearance. All boards may be wiped clean with soapy water, however they should not be run through a dishwasher.
